About The Role
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring vital records are accurate? If so, we invite you to join our Registration Service team at Lancashire County Council as a Frontline Assistant!
What you'll be doing:
As a Frontline Assistant working at Lancaster Registration Office, you will provide clerical, administrative and technical support relating to all aspects of the Lancashire Registration Service. This is a permanent role, and you will work 14.8 hours per week.
Our service:
The Registration Service creates accurate and timely records of all Births, Still-Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships and makes provision for couples to give notice of their intention to marry or to form a Civil Partnership.
Your new role:
We are looking for someone who is customer focused, confident using digital resources and committed to effective team working. You will have excellent people skills, and the ability to able to work accurately, following work procedures and without close supervision.
